SmithHouse exists to answer that question through research, functional observation, and analysis, ultimately uncovering strategies that allow commercial spaces to influence user behavior and achieve their intended outcomes.
Informed by a background in Commercial Real Estate leasing and active work in Commercial Interior sales, this practice applies spatial behavior, market analysis, and organizational research to clarify how environments can operate at their highest and best use.
# Abigail Smith
New Business Development at BOS, combining experience in commercial real estate leasing and development with a growing practice in commercial interiors. Work spans all asset classes, centering on guiding organizations through the early stages of environment planning, aligning business goals with spatial needs, and building relationships across brokers, designers, and end users. Driven by a long-standing interest in how people move through space and how environments shape culture, motivation, success, and daily experience.
Credentials include B.S.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and Certificate Master's in Commercial Property (MiCP) from The Lipsey School. Leadership includes Presidency of UCF Real Estate Society and as Ambassador in the College of Business. Honors and Recognitions include Dr. P. Phillips Outstanding Award in Real Estate as well as Awards from Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Society of Real Estate Professionals (SOREP).
